Basement Renovation and Bathroom Renovation in Willow Springs, IL
On this project we renovated basement and basement bathroom in Willow Springs, IL. The scope of work included transforming a spacious basement with a kitchen, sauna, bathroom, and two workout rooms.
Our team executed a comprehensive renovation by completely removing the kitchen, installing a battery backup sump pump, adding a gas fireplace, upgrading all lighting to can lights, replacing doors, jams, and baseboards, installing new windows (including an egress window), laying down new flooring, replacing the drop ceiling with drywall and painting.
In the basement bathroom, we conducted a complete gut renovation, which involved enlarging the shower, adding a shower bench, installing new floor tiles, wainscoting, wallpaper on the upper half of the walls, closet storage, and other enhancements.
