Project located in Chicago, IL. Full basements renovation with adding a bathroom. Had to trench the concrete to add ejector pit and move sump pump location relocating drains for drain tiles. This was no easy task as the prior builders buried metal plenums and other large obstructions for digging. Custom made 10 shaker style doors from scratch, painted ceiling and its contents black, can lighting, stand up shower, lighted vanity mirror, trough drain, swan faucet, multiple closets and sealed floor to show its original imperfections.
