We added stairway from 2nd floor to their attic and converted the attic to livable space. Larger project took about 3 months to complete. Added electrical home run from basement with 3 circuits for electric heat, outlets, and lighting. Pre finished hard wood flooring, new windows and custom storage areas. We changed the prior steep stairs into bedroom and hall closet with shelving.
